I. A-B SUPPORTS THE ARMY'S LOGISTICS MODERNIZATION PROGRAM
The Army's Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) is one of the world's largest SAP enterprise resource implementations and has completely revolutionized the Army's supply chain management through automation from upper management to the shop floor. A-B was instrumental in deployment and sustainment of LMP and the Complex Assembly Manufacturing Solution (CAMS) initiative at a large Army Installation in NE Texas. A-B provides support for LMP and CAMS by offering on-site data support, customized reporting, personalized training, and post go-live services remotely or at the customer's location.
Overall, A-B continues to provide comprehensive support services required to ensure the success of the Army's Logistics modernization efforts through the adoption of commercial business best practices and associated technologies. A-B will provide services for future deployment and implementation activities.
II. A-B ASSISTS MAJOR OIL COMPANY WITH NEW
HEADQUARTERS NETWORK DESIGN AND INTEGRATION AND RELOCATION
Complete loss of communication during a natural disaster prompted a customer to task A-B to relocate their current corporate headquarters to a new facility while integrating that new facility into their current network structure, one which includes multiple paths between sites including satellite communication, with the operational facility being the center of the network. The new headquarters was required to function as a backup operations facility to allow continuity of network operation in the event of future catastrophic events.
A-B's network design fulfilled all customer requirements while performing the move over a weekend. All employees reported to work as usual on Monday morning and resumed their duties with minimal interruption to business activities.
